He has helped middle managers develop into go-to spokespeople and prepared Fortune 500 executive leaders for hostile interviews. And he has helped more than 300 individuals find fulfilling careers.
Since February 2020, Tom lives with a commitment to being alcohol-free – a commitment enabled by the This Naked Mind framework. Tom offers coaching on the framework to his sober-curious clients who are looking to unleash their inner power through a commitment to reducing the role of alcohol in their lives.
A native of Florida, Tom has lived in the Greater Boston area since 1997. He enjoys live music, working on old houses and cars, writing, karaoke, and spending time with friends, family, and his eternally curious dog, Woody. He is a staunch ally of the LGBTQIA+ community.
